In July 2017, Takahashi spoke on "Recent Major Regulatory Changes in Mexico and Compliance Measures for Japanese Companies" with support of Nahmad Vazquez in the seminar series organized by PROMEXCO and MISF (Mexico Investment Support Forum).
The seminar series were held for three days in Hiroshima, Nagoya, and Tokyo, major cities with Japanese automobile industries.
